B787 the front and rear cargo doors of 

wide-body aircraft. 

FEATURES：

*The ladder body of the ramp ladder is made of 

aluminum alloy 40*40*3 square pipe, and 30*30*3

square pipe is welded. 

*The handrails of the ramp ladder and the platform 

handrails are welded with 25*3 aluminum alloy

round tubes. 

*The material of the ramp ladder step and platform 

is aluminum grid plate, its specification is 5*30*70.

*The ramp ladder and platform are designed with 

safety guardrail and handrail to ensure personal

safety during operation.

*Anti-collision rubber tubes are installed at the front 

end and both sides of the ramp ladder. The anti-collision 

rubber tubes are D-type, the thickness of the rubber 

tubes is 10mm, and the whole flat steel is used to fix them.

*The self-weight of the ramp ladder is only 146KG, 

and the push machine and evacuation can be completely 

controlled by one person. The implementation is lightweight, 

and the height, width and length of the platform are fully 

consistent with the handle of the cargo door and the 

control switch, and the operation can be completed by one 

person at a time.

*The ramp ladder is designed with 3*6-inch fixed wheels and 

2*6-inch universal wheels; It can meet the load of the ladder 

and ensure that the operator will not turn over when working 

on the platform.
